Advanced Configuration
1. Spindle System
This horizontal honing equipment is equipped with a premium spindle motor, which has variable speeds and is supplied by a German manufacturer. This motor is equipped with a three-gear position gear box, and can adjust the rotary speed of the spindle. The braking device on the spindle motor can help avoid scratches on the hole walls at the end of the honing process. A sliding device attached with the spindle box makes it easier to move both the spindle box and the honing tools out of holes at the end of the process. At the same time, the measurement of hole's diameters and the replacement of honing tools becomes easier and more convenient.

2. Spindle Box Reciprocating Motion
We use a high quality servo motor that is supplied by an American manufacturer as the reciprocating motor in the deep hole honing machines. It drives the spindle box to complete reciprocating motions through a chain connecting the motor and the spindle box. The motion distance is adjustable and can be set according to the length of the workpiece. Pauses or short strokes at both ends of the workpiece can be used, depending on honing precisions on the workpiece.

3. Stone Feeding System
The deep hole honing equipment is outfitted with a special oil feeding system consisting of a servo motor and gear racks. The high precision operation of the motor ensures a precise feeding amount and the gear rack comes with a self-lock device that can easily repair inner holes and restore their dimensional accuracy, cutting down on energy consumption.

4. Touch Screen Monitor
The horizontal honing machine is equipped with a touch screen monitor that makes operations easier. The installation and operation menus under the automatic/manual operation modes are displayed on screen, as is the working status data of each machine, including the pressure of the honing head, honing time and stroke speed. The spindle on the load meter displays the highs and lows of the holes, allowing operators to adjust the honing parameters at any time.
